1. DV declines all responsibility of misinterpretation of RATES.
2. Descriptions of PROPERTY AND SERVICES indicated were accurate at time of press, they may however, be subject to change and DV declines responsibility toward necessary change.
3. If for reasons beyond our control DV is unable to honor a reservation at a property for whatever causes, DV reserves the right to SUBSTITUTE any accommodation for similar or superior category. In such cases if property is a lower category, client will be entitled to a REFUND equivalent to the rate between the two categories.
4. It is the responsibility of client to purchase suitable INSURANCE.
5. DV is not responsible to any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident, death, delays, inconveniences, irregularities, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration resulting from causes beyond the control of DV.
6. PAYMENTS - 50% deposit by cheque or wire transfer (or minimum of $200) is required to confirm and remainder due is dependent on the property rented.
7. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND SUBSTITUTION are dependent on property used. Deposits are not refundable.
8. All prices are quoted in USD dollars.
9. Every effort will be made to ensure your holiday is worry free. Contact our local rep should you have any concerns. All concerns must be received within 21 days of your return.
